Objectives and Deliverables
Contractor agrees to perform the duties of the US Realm Steering Committee (USRSC) Senior Advisor by supporting the HL7 team with the following tasks: Task 1: Advise the US Realm Program Manager (USRPM) on Monitoring, managing, tracking and reporting on US Realm standards development Task 2: Work with HL7 CTO, HL7 Sr. Adviser, and USRPM on improving and enforcing governance policies for US Realm projects. Task 3: Work with the USRPM to facilitate WG stakeholder outreach to identify and coordinate standards development and implementation activities in the US Realm Task 4: Advise the CTO and USRPM regarding strategy, communication and direction related to the USRSC and US Realm projects. The above will be providing advice and support for the following projects: a. Strategic Roadmap for US Realm Standards Development and Maintenance b. Stakeholder Outreach and Engagement Plan c. US Realm Connectathon tracks d. Requirements and plans for updating and testing US Core and C-CDA IGs. The Sr. Advisor may also be expected to advise on and contribute to other projects covered under future extensions of this agreement including: e. US Realm Showcase Events f. USRSC Retrospective Analysis Report
