Update the In-Vitro At-Home Test V2 FHIR Mapping Excel file and FHIR IG

Update profile constraints to align with the latest US Core and mobile app requirements

Update profile element descriptions as requested according to the V2 FHIR Mapping

Add a link in the IG to the mobile app requirements

Draft and add narrative about expected use of 'unknown'

Prepare and submit the At-Home Test Result Report FHIR Implementation Guide (IG) for the HL7 Connectathon and ballot cycle by conducting the following:

i. Project management

ii. Complete and prepare the Draft At-Home Test Result Report Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Implementation Guide (IG) for the May 2022 FHIR Connectathon and September 2022 Ballot Cycle

FY20:

Analyze and develop recommendations via a white paper/report that documents which HL7 v2 messaging standards or FHIR IGs, resources and profiles can be used to support submission of test results from at-home COVID testing applications to state and federal government agencies.
