There are a significant number of withdrawal ballots that are required to clean up the product grid based on the feedback from the Work Groups

The removal of the PSS step will assist Work Groups in completing the necessary steps to complete the clean up

Microsoft Word, updates will be made in a new JIRA issue and taken through the approval workflow in JIRA. Reaffirmation and withdrawal projects will be created using the Confluence PSS process and taken through the current approval process until a new JIRA process can be implemented.
