Requirements Analysis Phase: Contractor agrees to work with the HL7’s Chief Standards Development Officer (CSDO), HL7 Senior Program Manager, HL7 Project Manager for Specification Lifecycle Management initiative, and others in HL7 to provide support for requirements analysis (Phase 1) of the Specification Lifecycle Management initiative at: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/SM/Specification+Lifecycle+Tracking+Project including vetting with HL7 staff and governance leaders (e.g. Product Family Management Council) at https://confluence.hl7.org/display/PMC/Product+Family+Management+Council+Home. Deliverables: 1. Support the design and development of HL7’s Specification Lifecycle Management initiative at: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/SM/Specification+Lifecycle+Tracking+Project with the focus on specifying requirements and related changes to Jira 2. Present, refine, and vet requirements and workflows with relevant stakeholders in the HL7 organization and community Jira implementation phase is TBD
